  • Leading & supervising a team of Search, Social, Media Planning and Strategists for developing pitch proposals, RFPs, selecting vendors and executing projects.
  • Understanding & communicating the real business problems of a client and going beyond the stated issues.
  • Acting as the digital evangelist in the agency, coaching internal team members & clients.
