  • Understanding and assessing clients's requirement, sharing proposals and presentation.
  • Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationship with client with minimal time.
  • Ensure continuous client satisfaction.
  • Communicate regularly with the client to ensure service satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Should have handled projects of digital marketing, Mobile apps, web applications and maintenance.
  • Respond to all issues, queries and concerns raised by clients.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should be able to monitor or deliver projects timely.
  • Should be from Digital Agency or IT firm or Digital consulting organization.
